CERTIFIED AND CONTROLLED MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
Production technology: We bake the veal manually in a certified slaughterhouse. We separate the bigger pieces of meat that we cut, season with Bulgarian herbal spices from the garden - fresh or dried, according to the season, a little cooking salt and a pinch of sugar. Let the meat take the spices and drain. Then put it in jars, add a little water that evaporates to sterilization to form a useful and tasty jelly. Sterilized in an autoclave to conserve all useful amino acids and vitamins.
