Each of the products is good to store at a temperature of 5-25 degrees in a dry place, without direct access to sunlight.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

If you wish to return a product, you should contact us on 0878553005. We will explain the return process to you and we also need to make sure that the product is eligible for this. You can read our replacement and return policy in detail. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Dear customers,

You can REPLACE or RETURN any product we purchased within 14 days!

If there is any problem with the shipment you have received – or does not meet your expectations – please contact us by phone:+359878553005. We will explain to you in detail all the details and the way to replace or return.

*IMPORTANT: Products to which the packaging has already been reconstituted (the box or the jar or bottle itself) are not subject to replacement or return. As well as which are made according to individual requirements of the customer. The products must be accompanied by the original invoice you received from Naturelane.

 

Replacement

If you wish to replace the resulting product with another, then you should contact us on tel:+359878553005 . We will explain to you how to fill out the withdrawal form. Once we have received the form, we will send you a confirmation of this.

What you need to do is send your shipment to us without cash on delivery to the address we will give you. You can do it with a courier company of your choose. You bear the transport costs of sending the shipment to us, and we assume the responsibility to receive back the replacement product.

The conditions to be met by the product are: not to be opened (both the box and the jar or bottle itself). The product must be sent with the original packaging and invoice you received from Naturelane.

Since Naturelane delivers all its products FREE of charge, further subsequent deliveries if desired for REPLACEMENT or RETURN are borne by the customer.

*IMPORTANT: Before taking any action, you should contact us on tel:+359878553005. You are obliged to send the product within 14 days of the date you sent us the withdrawal form.

 

Return

If you wish to return a purchased product, you should contact us on tel:+359878553005. We will explain to you how to fill out the withdrawal form. Once we have received the form, we will send you a confirmation of this.

You can send the product to the address we will give you through a courier company of your choose. You bear the transport costs of sending the shipment to us. Once we have received the returned shipment, we will review it carefully to make sure it meets the return requirements.

The conditions to be met by the product are: not to be opened (both the box and the jar or bottle itself). The product must be sent with the original packaging and invoice you received from Naturelane.

Then, within 5 business days, we will refund the bank transfer amount to the IBAN you specified on the withdrawal form.

*IMPORTANT: Before taking any action, you should contact us on tel:+359878553005. You are obliged to send the product within 14 days of the date you sent us the withdrawal form.
