We accept exchange and refund requests with no questions asked within 14 calendar days of receiving the ordered items if the following conditions are met:
The item/s are in original packaging
The item/s are NOT installed
The item/s have NOT been used
The item/s are NOT damaged
The corresponding documents and accessories are in place
The packaging is in re-sealable condition
Discounted item/s are NOT subject to refunds and exchanges.
Shipping costs will be charged additionally as follows:
The customer will be charged with the full shipping costs, of the item being returned to NAD Furniture
The customer will be charged with the full shipping costs of the new item being delivered to replace the originally ordered item.
The customer will receive the amount paid for the order, and these charges shall be imposed:
the initial shipping costs
the shipping costs for picking up the item back
20% of the item's price, paid by the customer
Faulty furniture and/or parts:
Upon receiving the order, the customer MUST carefully check if all items are delivered as per the DN (Delivery Note) and sign for them when done. The driver will give the customer one copy of this document and he will keep the other.
Also, at this point, the customer MUST check all parts of the order for any faults, damages or missing items.
If you sign the DN, this means you accept the order as it is and have no claims regarding the condition you received it in.
Any claims regarding damages and faults, received after this will not be considered.
All furniture items have a standard warranty of 6 months, during which time you may contact Customer Support regarding any faults, that have occurred while the product was in use. In this case, we will repair or replace the item and any shipping costs will be at our expense.
Claims for damages that have occurred after, and are caused by, improper use of the product by the customer will not be considered.
Cancellation of orders:
You may cancel any order if it has not yet been shipped.
A fee of 3% will be deducted from the total amount you paid.
If at the time of cancellation, the item has already been dispatched to your address, the shipping cost shall also be deducted from the total amount you paid.
