Enjoy high quality Bulgarian lamb from animals living in a natural environment. The animals are housed in an ecologically clean area by appropriate nutrition with balanced food, free of hormonal referrals and chemical additives.
The meat is carefully treated in a regulated slaughterhouse with clinical trials and health markings. All nutritional qualities, amino acids and vitamins are preserved as glass jars are sterilized in a pressure autoclave.

CERTIFIED AND CONTROLLED MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
Production technology: We blend the lamb in a certified slaughterhouse. We separate only the meat of the lamb's hams and cut into large pieces that flavour with herbal spices from the garden - fresh or dried, according to the season and a little cooking salt. We then let the meat take the spices and drain. After that we put it in jars, add a little water that evaporates to sterilization to form a tasty jelly. Sterilized in an autoclave to conserve all vitamins and amino acids.
