It is made of high quality Bulgarian lamb and a set of lamb stew in a ratio of 80 to 20, adding farm milk and garden herbs. The animals are housed in an ecologically clean area by appropriate nutrition with balanced food, free of hormonal referrals and chemical additives.
The meat is processed in a regulated slaughterhouse with clinical trials and health markings. The glass jars are sterilized in a pressure autoclave, preserving all nutritional qualities, amino acids and vitamins.
