Verification of shipment

Dear customers,

"Check shipping" allows you to check if you have received the desired product. The courier is obliged to wait for the consignment to be checked in case you ask for it. You will be able to open, view and test the product within 10 minutes before paying it.

In case you do not want to keep the shipment, you will not pay for the shipment, but only the shipping costs for returning the shipment.

Conditions for returning a shipment

You can return your order within 30 days of the day of delivery of the last item (s) of your order.

Please return the product (s) in original packaging and quality, have no traces of wear and use and have not undergone any processing or other actions that violate their integrity.

If you would like to return something, please use the following steps:

b) Then place the item you wish to return. In case you want to get back the amount paid for it, it is obligatory to return the issued receipt.

c) Please fill out the Product Return form, which is located in the "Order History" section of your account.

d) After delivering the shipment to the courier, we will notify you via a platform or SMS message when the shipment arrives with us.

e) If you have used a standard courier service, you will bear the shipping cost of shipping the shipment to us.

We can’t replace or refund the amount when the products are lingerie and bathing suit because of hygienic reasons.

CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT OF A PRODUCT:

labels and packaging (please do not remove the label from your clothes before being tested) as well as

make sure the items are in the form in which you received them.

3. You can replace the model with another store at the same or higher value if the product is more expensive, you will only pay the price difference.
